The Carry Me - Empowerment Workforce Program (EWP) equips formerly homeless individuals with the skills and resources needed to succeed in the media industry.

The Empower Workforce Program currently has four employment tracks.

Qualifications to participate:
21 years of age or older.
Have an address.
Pass a drug test.
No recent felonies.
Requirements:
Must be able to participate in person for training until a virtual option is set up.
Must have basic computer skills.
Be willing to work with a team and take direction.
Video-Only. Must be available on weekends (six Saturdays, each for 4 hours). After training, they must be open to field productions for at least 5 days a month for 2 months.
